Askora is an independent online AI platform that supports users in creating content, communication, learning, document analysis and working with educational materials. Selected Askora features may use external artificial intelligence models, including technologies provided by OpenAI. These Terms describe the rules for using the platform and the user responsibilities.

This is a working version of the Terms prepared for publication and testing. Before final launch, the document should be reviewed legally against the final business model, sales, payments and integrations.

1. General provisions

• These Terms define the rules for using the Askora platform, including the portal, user account, forms, AI tools, courses, educational materials, packages and other features made available as part of the service.
• Askora is an independent online AI platform that supports users in creating content, communication, learning, document analysis and working with educational materials. Selected Askora features may use external artificial intelligence models, including technologies provided by OpenAI. Askora is not an official OpenAI product or a ChatGPT service.
• Askora Tech is an online platform and trade name owned by ZHH Zaag Hamer Huis B.V. The platform operator, seller of digital services and entity responsible for billing is ZHH Zaag Hamer Huis B.V.
• For this reason, the name ZHH Zaag Hamer Huis B.V. may appear during the payment process, on transaction confirmations, in payment systems or on the user's bank statement. It refers to the same operator that provides the Askora Tech platform to users.
• By using the platform, the user confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.
• These Terms apply to users who use the platform without signing in, with a user account, with free features and with paid features.

2. Nature of the platform

• Askora is informational, educational, organisational and supportive in nature. The platform may help the user organise thoughts, prepare texts, work with documents, learn and use AI tools.
• Content generated or supported by AI does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, psychological or other specialist professional advice.
• The user should independently assess the usefulness of received content before using, sending, publishing it or making decisions based on it.
• For matters requiring specialist assessment, the user should consult an appropriate professional.

3. User account

• Selected platform features may require creating a user account and signing in.
• The user must provide accurate registration data, protect login details and not share the account with third parties.
• The user is responsible for actions performed through their account unless they can show that such actions occurred without their fault.
• If unauthorised access is suspected, the user should immediately change the password and contact platform support.

4. Rules for using the platform

• The user should use the platform in accordance with the law, good practice, these Terms and the intended purpose of each feature.
• The platform must not be used for unlawful actions, actions that infringe the rights of others, misleading activity, technically harmful activity, spam or attempts to bypass security measures.
• The user must not upload content, files or data for which they do not have appropriate rights or whose processing would breach the law or third-party rights.
• The platform may temporarily limit, block or terminate access to an account or selected features if the user breaches these Terms, platform security or the rights of others.

5. User content, files and materials

• The user retains rights to the content, data, files and materials they enter or upload to the platform.
• The user grants the platform technical permission to process submitted content to the extent necessary to provide the service, including displaying, storing, analysing, generating replies and making results available to the user.
• The user is responsible for the legality, accuracy and safety of content and files submitted to the platform.
• The platform may remove or block materials that breach the law, these Terms, service security or third-party rights.

6. Packages, payments and access to features

• The scope of available features may depend on the selected package, account status, technical limits, payments and availability of external services.
• Information about packages, limits and features is published on the packages page or in the user panel.
• Paid features are made available after the conditions shown with the relevant offer are met, in particular after a valid order and payment confirmation if payment is required.
• Payments for Askora Tech packages are processed on behalf of ZHH Zaag Hamer Huis B.V., the owner and operator of the Askora Tech platform. The name ZHH Zaag Hamer Huis B.V. may be visible during payment and on the transaction confirmation.
• The platform may change packages and features while respecting rights already acquired by users in the current billing period.

7. Availability and changes to the platform

• The platform is developed in stages, so selected features may be provided as test, working, beta or pilot versions.
• Askora makes efforts to keep the platform stable but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features at all times.
• Technical breaks, updates, errors, limitations of external providers or events beyond the platform control may temporarily affect service availability.
• The platform may change, develop, limit or withdraw features where justified by security, technology, law, product development or the service model.

8. User and platform responsibility

• The user uses content and results produced by Askora tools at their own responsibility.
• Askora is not responsible for the effects of using content generated with platform support without independent verification by the user.
• Askora is not responsible for the user data, content, decisions, actions or omissions, including the use of answers outside the platform.
• Platform liability may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy and personal data

• The rules for processing personal data, cookies, forms, user accounts, payments and AI features are described in the Privacy Policy.
• The user should avoid submitting data that they do not want or should not process through the platform, especially highly sensitive data, professional secrets and third-party data without a legal basis.
• Detailed privacy information is available in the relevant language version of the Privacy Policy.

10. Contact, complaints and final provisions

• Questions about these Terms, platform operation, the account, packages or payments may be sent through the contact page.
• Reports should include a description of the matter and details that allow a reply to be provided.
• Askora may update these Terms, especially if features, law, integrations, payment model or security rules change.
• The current version of the Terms is published on this page, and important changes may be communicated to users through the platform, by email or through another available communication channel.
